45th edition of INDIA CARPET EXPO

at Bhadohi carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh

We are pleased to inform you that Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC, a promotional body under Ministry of Commerce, Govt of India) is holding 45th edition of INDIA CARPET EXPO at Bhadohi Carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh on 8 -11 October, 2023.

 

 

2. India Carpet Expo is an internationally acclaimed event for global carpets and rugs market. Leading carpet manufacturers from Kashmir, Jaipur, Agra, Bhadohi and Mirzapur will be displaying the latest varieties of their handmade carpets/ rugs and kilims for the benefit of carpet importers from across the world. Over 300 international buyers visited the last edition of India Carpet Expo 2022.

 

3. Complimentary package to the selected Japanese buyers of Handmade Carpets/rugs etc. for attending India Carpet Expo is as follows:

a. Reimbursement towards Airfare, as a Subsidy: US$600.00

b. Complimentary Hotel accommodation upto 2 nights (Room rent with breakfast) in Varanasi between 7^th - 11^th October, 2023.

 

4. CEPC would also provide Shuttle service from hotel to Fair Venue during the exhibition period.

 

5. You are requested to make online registration with CEPC for selection of aforesaid package at

http://cepc.co.in/buyer-registration

 

Please note that last date for the Buyer’s registration is 15^th September, 2023.

 

6. A scanned copy of Buyers Registration form is also attached. This may be filled up and sent by email to ddro@cepc.co.in, info@cepc.co.in, rugswholesalers@gmail.com and rugsindia89@outlook.com.

 

7. The above complimentary package is applicable only for the selected overseas Buyers. The confirmation letter for the Complimentary Package for the selected overseas Buyers will be communicated separately.
