The Embassy of India, Japan would like to inform you that EEPC India, a nodal body under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, working towards the promotion of trade and investments in the engineering sector, is organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet during ACMEE EXPO on 16th and 17th June, 2023 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India.  The event will host over 500 exhibitors along with around 30,000 business visitors.

 

2. The focus sectors for the ACMEE Expo are given below.  The detailed product profile HSN wise is also attached herewith.

3. In this regard, EEPC would like to invite participation of overseas companies as hosted buyers in the event.  EEPC India is also offering a complimentary package to the hosted buyers which includes the following:-        

• ・Complimentary 2 Nights Hotel stay (15 and 16 June 2023)  
• ・Overseas Buyer should check in on 15 June 2023 at Chennai.  
• ・Overseas Buyer must be present at the venue of RBSM Chennai Trade Centre at 9.30 AM on 16^th and 17^th June for B2B matchmaking.  
• ・Partial Air Fare Reimbursement is made on production of the following copies:-

           Passport  

           Economy Air Ticket (Round Trip) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, please provide the invoice or the payment evidence.  

           B2B meetings confirmation  

           Visa Immigration  

           Boarding Pass  

           International Covid Certificate  

 

• ・Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.  
• ・Complimentary Exhibition centre drop & pick up.  
• ・B2B Meetings with Profile matched Indian Exhibitors for business partnership.  
• ・Hotel check in/out timings are usually 12 noon. Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly. Any additional charge for 　additional stay will be the responsibility of the individual buyer (approx. charges for room night are USD 100.00 per night.  
• ・There is a nominal Registration Fees to be paid during the time of Registration.
• 　If not, the registration fees shall be deducted while reimbursing the ticket cost in Chennai.
