The Embassy of India, Tokyo would like to inform you that the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is organizing INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO (INDEE) from 27th - 29th March, 2023 at Pragati, Maidan, New Delhi, India.

 

2. INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO (INDEE) is an international B2B networking meet where India’s top electronics products and IoT companies will be displaying their products, capabilities and innovations being made in India. The event would be a valuable platform for global electronics industry to witness and source specialized technologically sound products ranging from finished products, electronic components, electronics technologies and the entire value-added chain of electronics industry. The event is also being held concurrently with two premier tech shows namely INDIASOFT 2023 and Convergence India 2023.

 

3. ESC is also offering a complimentary package to participating importers/buyers by reimbursing the cost of to and fro economy class air ticket and the cost of two nights hotel accommodation. The ceiling of reimbursement will be US$ 900 or the cost of the ticket plus 2 night hotel accommodation, whichever is lower. The condition for sponsorship is given below:-

 

　・The company should be genuine electronics hardware importers/buyers or seeking joint ventures/tie-ups and/with Indian companies

　・ 1 delegate per company will be sponsored

　・ Payment of US$200 towards participation fee (This will be deducted from the amount which will be reimbursed to the delegates on 2nd day of the event)
